Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead investigations into safety-related events and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs and materials.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on safety policies and procedures.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in safety management and regulatory compliance.
