Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled Test Engineers to join our R&D team in Barcelona. As a Test Engineer at Novanta, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive test plans to verify the functionality and performance of our products.
  • Identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining internal documentation, including test reports and technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team to define and implement test and verification plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware or software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes.
  • Experience with PCB/PCA manufacturing processes and hardware testing.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
