As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for the impact of the People team through the execution of a comprehensive HR information systems programme across a number of European countries.
The People team puts the work team at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the brand and maximises the colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas where technical solutions could improve functional performance.
- Advise on various operations, providing guidance and expertise.
- Recommend technical solutions that determine software requirements or configuration.
- Provide expertise and guidance to IT developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Determine whether technical solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Verify technical information in references, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
- Ensure accurate description of technical knowledge prior to dissemination of technical solutions to end users.
Requirements
- Demonstrable academic training as an expert in the field.
- Experience in the relevant area of specialisation.
- Level of English C1.
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.
- Proficiency in electronic business management systems.
- Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.
- Previous experience in record keeping/data maintenance of projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
