Economic Control Specialist

About the Role:
The Economic Control Specialist will be part of the Business Analyst and Economic Control area, working closely with the whole organization to manage the relationship with providers, including economic analysis, basket management, and good receipts management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new provider creation and e2e control in SAP and other tools.
- Analyze and calculate good receipts needs and request to the corresponding area.
- Manage purchase orders from creation to closure, including annual basket launches, monthly reviews, and quarterly forecast adjustments.
- Perform accounting analysis for COS and OPEX, identifying reclassifications needs and understanding deviations.
- Control costs related to OPEX services in Vendor Management.
- Download and consolidate SAP reports for accounting information analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- SAP knowledge.
- Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Accounting analysis experience.
- Spanish and English, high level spoken and written.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Experience in a similar role will be valuable.
