Crypto Custodian and Classified Registry Controller

At Airbus Defence and Space, we are seeking a highly skilled Crypto Custodian and Classified Registry Controller to join our Governmental Security team in Getafe, Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to work with sensitive information and materials, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cryptomaterial in the COMSEC account, ensuring it is issued only to authorized individuals.
- Maintain COMSEC accounting and related files, including current and historical records of cryptomaterial.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and prepare accounting reports as required.
- Inspect cryptomaterial protective packaging and verify shipment contents and documentation.
- Issue or transfer cryptomaterial as directed to authorized COMSEC accounts or individual users.
- Maintain awareness of cryptomaterial location and purpose.
- Ensure proper preparation and shipping of cryptomaterial.
- Transfer COMSEC account prior to departing an assignment.
- Reception, control, registry, custody, reproduction, distribution, and destruction of NATO/National information.
- Point of Contact for the Ministry of Defence and Classified Registries from various companies, suppliers, and clients.
- Advanced level in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with avionics material (radios, MIDS).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proven capability of synthesis, executive summary writing, and reporting to senior levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to different schedules.
- Ability to work with international organizations.
- Experience in Defence/military aerospace programmes.
- Knowledge about Airbus products, culture, and processes.
- Flexibility working hours.
