Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the company's global business strategy, aligning with the overall corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine strategy for their area of responsibility and develop a global business model.
- Define strategic actions, including financial impact, and translate strategy into business plans.
- Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions and recommend actions.
- Monitor performance of the company's portfolio, including product launches, and define benchmarks for measuring product-line performance.
- Support the implementation of best practices and live the company's core values of safety and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant business degree.
- Minimum 10 years' experience of progressive growth in financial controller-related roles at the manufacturing plant level.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions while working well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with process capability, statistical process control, and strong project management skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an added advantage.
