Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner with French language expertise to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for analyzing sales forecasts, preparing demand plans, and supporting S&OP meetings. You will work closely with commercial organizations, finance, and operations to ensure market sales and demand are consistent and balanced with local supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales forecasts and prepare demand plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Liaise with market organizations to obtain enrichments, evaluate, and incorporate changes into demand plans and document reasons for change.
  • Ensure an up-to-date 36-month forecast is maintained in related systems based on the latest business insights.
  • Monitor supply issues, such as stock outs and bottlenecks, and identify impact on demand in collaboration with supply coordination.
  • Prepare and support S&OP meetings, including preparation of reports, analysis of issues and risks, and coordination of action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and a postgraduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong SAP knowledge, especially APO.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
  • Digital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies, such as RPA, Blockchain, AI, and IoT.
  • Highly motivated, structured, and able to handle stressful situations.
  • Strong in trouble shooting, problem solving, and high degree of proactivity.
  • Native or fluent French and proficient in oral and written English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
