We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Danish Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a top communications company, we're committed to making your dream of living and working abroad a reality.

Your Role

We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual who loves technology, the web, and new innovations. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you'll help new clients launch their first online advertising campaigns and make a real impact on their businesses.

In this role, you'll work in a target-driven environment, where individual goals and team collaboration go hand-in-hand. You'll be responsible for:

  • Guiding clients through setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Identifying each client's needs and business goals
  • Upselling and increasing client spending while ensuring long-term success
  • Managing a high volume of client interactions daily, primarily over the phone
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Danish and strong English communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (a MA/MSc in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a bonus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
  • Strong communication skills for phone pitches and proposals
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on clients' needs and goals
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
