About the Role

Plytix, a global market-leading PIM software company, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive leads and accelerate our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing department to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement a powerful marketing strategy across all marketing functions, including SEO, video marketing, paid advertising, marketing automation, and more
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 8-10 marketing experts, providing coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential
  • Hire and train new talent for the marketing team, ensuring a strong and diverse team
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
  • Liaise with the CEO to set marketing strategy, goals, and budgets, as well as collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant departments to accelerate growth
  • Create reports and dashboards for the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

What You'll Achieve in the First Month

In the first month, you will be trained in PIM basics and gain a working knowledge of our software's capabilities. You will also engage with our customer success team, observing client interactions to better understand our product and its positioning in the market. You will meet your team and other important stakeholders from other departments, laying the foundation for a strong working relationship.
