Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our award-winning technology company. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation by collaborating with our international customer base to interpret business requirements and develop new features that enhance our software. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our existing software to ensure it remains efficient, secure, and up-to-date, meeting the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and guide junior team members in software development best practices
- Enforce internal standards within the team to ensure consistency and quality
- Undertake code reviews and provide feedback based on internal practices
- Analyze application requirements and write technical documents to support development
- Troubleshoot complex development issues and accurately estimate work
- Review code and develop new features and applications
- Maintain existing applications and interact with testers to identify and address issues
- Attend and participate in team and project meetings
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in React, SQL,.Net, Visual Studio, and Git
- English communication skills to work with colleagues around the world
- Desirable skills: basic knowledge of telecommunications, experience with Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and eligibility for Security Clearance
