E80 Group is seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at our client's industrial plant in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the plant, collaborating with technical offices, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

  1. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with technical offices to resolve problems and improve processes.
  3. Perform maintenance activities, including corrective and preventive maintenance, to ensure the plant operates within KPIs and contractual performance standards.
  4. Participate in periodic meetings with customer representatives to discuss plant performance and improvement opportunities.
  5. Report on performed activities, anomalies, and corrective actions to the customer and E80 Group.
  6. Provide on-the-job training to customer personnel as needed.
  7. Manage on-site spare parts and suggest reorder points and necessary purchases.
  8. Organize, manage, and update safety documentation requested by the customer.

  1. Technical qualification in electromechanics or industrial automation.
  2. 3+ years of professional experience as an Electromechanical or Field Service Technician, Electrician, or Automation Engineer in the automation or manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
  4. Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, Allen Bradley; experience with Rockwell is a plus but not mandatory.
  5. Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate proficiency in English or Italian (spoken and written).
  6. Valid driving license and access to a car.
  7. Permanent right to work in Spain, with no restrictions.
