We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Host to join our international team at TUI Musement. As a Childcare Host, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a magical and developmental programme for children aged 0-12, as well as caring for babies and infants 0-3 in our Baby Club.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging activities and programmes for children aged 0-12, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Care for babies and infants 0-3 in our Baby Club, including feeding, changing, and providing a safe and nurturing environment.
- Participate in regular events and activities, such as team days, parades, and evening party dances, to promote teamwork and a sense of community.
- Ensure that our high childcare standards and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and children, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and celebrate success with regular guest feedback results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with children, has experience in childcare, and is a team player. You should be able to communicate effectively with international colleagues, children, and parents, and be willing to commit to the demands of the job.
