Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top technical talent for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for technical and central functions, with a focus on the Dutch-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters across Europe to advise hiring managers and HR colleagues on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment searching channels to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience and minimum 1 year in technical roles.
  • Business level English and Dutch.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Dutch labor market and experience with direct search techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Proactive and autonomous with excellent problem-solving skills.
