Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at 87seconds. As an International Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects and maintaining a successful client relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, traffic, and distribute media campaign assets across the team, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Launch projects with post-production teams, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and maintain contact with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Report key indicators and perform administrative tasks, including revenue tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure branding guidelines and quality expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or Business.
  • Knowledge of online and offline mediums, including project management tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with creative teams.
  • Fluency in English and French, with good knowledge of Spanish a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and independent.
  • Good balance of analytical, practical, problem-solving, and creative skills.
  • Attention to detail and obsession with organization.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in project management, preferably in the video industry.
