About the RoleThe B2C Analytics team focuses on developing analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making. We're passionate about empowering others to use data and analysis to measure performance, identify risks, and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, Newsroom, Finance, and Data Collection teams.
- Execute data project roadmaps based on business priorities.
- Build a thorough understanding of B2C data sources and partner with data engineers to collect, cleanse, and organize data.
- Analyze large datasets to surface trends and deliver recommendations with tangible business outcomes.
- Create intuitive reports, dashboards, and data solutions using visualization tools.
- Continuously identify ways to improve and streamline processes around data and reporting.
- Team-oriented and collaborative with a focus on quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Self-starter able to work independently, coordinate with multiple partners, and complete projects start to finish.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand and solve complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, with experience in web analytics tools a plus.
