We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team at Resource Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document management, and candidate communication.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, preparing candidate materials, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the recruitment team with tasks such as campaign management, job posting, and candidate tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- GCSE or higher including English Language and maths.
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar.
