We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Manager to lead the Power Transformers division at Hitachi Vantara Corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive digital and automation transformation in field manufacturing and operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Manage global investment allocation for Power Transformers, aligning with the Global Product Group strategy, and support regions and units with project execution.
- Support new product introduction, including piloting, to ensure successful market entry.
- Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalization, to stay ahead of the competition.
- Focus on long-term strategic actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, and productivity across the entire value chain, enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing operating costs in a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 10+ years of operational experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumen.
- Strong proven leadership experience with a willingness to travel for business requirements.
