About the Role

At Straumann Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling, social media, and email to generate new sales leads for the Straumann Group Sales Organization.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, working remotely and face-to-face to service and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Represent Straumann Group products and services, identifying how our solutions can meet the needs of key decision makers and overcome objections to effectively communicate our value propositions.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities, contributing to the success of the organization through generating leads and opportunities for the broader Straumann Group team.
  • Upsell opportunities to the existing client base and support the cover of vacant territories remotely.
Requirements
  • A strong dental or consultative sales background, with some commercial experience and a quick learner with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to showcase Straumann Group offerings in a compelling way and drive education event attendance based on target lists from marketing via outbound calling.
