Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team at Balenciaga. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a smooth supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the sales floor or other stores.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Oversee the logistics of shipping between the local warehouse and regional warehouses, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare new items for display, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage the organization of stockroom, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Plan and execute inventory operations, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to speak fluently a second language.
