Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of software development deliverables and advising project leadership on best practices, timelines, and risks.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and support the project team with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing development deliverables.
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure that project documentation deliverables are identified, planned, and tracked according to Quality System processes.
- Collaborate with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and track the delivery of development and design change processes within the Agile framework.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor the status of any dependencies the project team has and drive timely handoffs per project schedule.
- Facilitate technical review meetings and drive completion of any identified action items.
- Manage and maintain Design History Files (DHF) in the Electronic Document Management System.
- Manage different change workflows via the Electronic Document Management System.
- Model our speak-up culture in a constructive and professional manner.
- Monitor work to ensure quality and continuously promote Quality First Time.
Requirements
- Ability to create project documentation/reports that are complete, consistent, and usable.
- Ability to create/edit operating procedures and document work accurately.
- Ability to plan project components and effectively report status to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage by and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong skills in the use of software development and delivery platforms (such as Jira/ADO).
- Ability to use an electronic document management system.
