About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Linde Gas España. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient transportation of goods from our plants to customers and production centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise compliance with agreed loading commitments with the Sourcing department
  • Manage transportation costs and propose optimization measures for any deviations
  • Ensure safety and quality in transportation
  • Organize schedules and calendars for the liquids distribution team
  • Supervise the performance of colleagues and guarantee exceptional customer service
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on logistics indices
  • Dimension cryogenic tanks for customers and participate in digitalization and task automation processes

Requirements

  • Middle or superior degree or diploma related to Supply Chain or similar
  • Experience in logistics field and passion for staying up-to-date with latest technologies
  • Strong knowledge of distribution, transportation, and purchases, along with official safety and environmental regulations
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including SAP, SRM, LCS, and Map&Guide
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company, preferably in the chemical sector
