Job Title: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis: Identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement through thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize Website Content and Metadata: Enhance search engine rankings and visibility by optimizing website content, metadata, and on-page elements.
  • Develop and Implement Link Building Strategies: Increase domain authority and enhance organic search performance through effective link building strategies.
  • Create and Optimize Engaging Content: Develop and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop Content Calendars and Editorial Schedules: Plan and execute content calendars and editorial schedules to drive audience engagement and generate inbound traffic.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to produce high-quality, relevant, and shareable content.
  • Plan and Execute Digital Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance and Analyze Key Metrics: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B Testing and Experimentation: Optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and conversion paths for improved performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Increase brand awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to digital properties through effective social media strategies.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts and Monitor Conversations: Manage social media accounts, publish content, respond to comments, and monitor conversations to maintain a positive brand presence.
  • Track Performance Metrics and Identify Opportunities for Growth: Leverage social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, measure engagement, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Monitor Website Traffic and User Behavior: Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Generate Regular Reports and Dashboards: Develop and present regular reports, dashboards, and performance insights to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate Campaign Effectiveness and Inform Strategic Decision-Making: Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience: A degree in Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven Experience in SEO and Digital Marketing: A proven track record in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO Tools and Software: Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms: Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Content Management Systems: Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset and Data-Driven Decision-Making: An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate ideas effectively, as well as strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.
