About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Danish-speaking professional, you will play a key role in helping clients develop their first online advertising campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive spend, upsell, and sustainability through effective campaign management
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls and pitches
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong desire to meet productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals
  • Native level of Danish and high level of English
