Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Malaga. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Contribute to store visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store layouts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Passion for fashion and luxury industry.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication and team-player attitude.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • Fluent in English; French is appreciated.
  • Good knowledge of Office.
