About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and managing HSE risks, prioritizing and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage HSE risks in complex working environments
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies
- Lead and manage remote teams to drive safety culture and behavior
- Evaluate and improve safety behavior and culture in complex working environments
- Drive innovation and improvement in safety initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental science or a related field
- 10 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training in the oil and gas industry (preferably 3 years in offshore)
