About the Role:
Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Healthcare Quality department in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our medical devices and managing interactions with customers and technical issues related to our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and technical issues related to our products
- Define controls to assure the quality of our medical devices
- Engage with quality matters and understand medical devices regulation (ISO13485 and FDA)
- Conduct and coordinate complaint investigations, CAPA coordination and execution, and change control management
- Prepare product quality plans and coordinate engineering changes
- Build internal and external relationships to review Approval Vendor List, product specifications, and build-up of First Article Inspections
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or bioengineering-biomedicine systems and principles of operations
- Knowledge of quality standards and problem-solving competency
- Knowledge of personal computers and Windows applications. SAP (desirable)
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Biomedicine Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
