We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our European Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Supply Chain Team by developing the organization with a focus on Zero Harm.
- Take ownership of all material flows of a European manufacturing and warehousing network with multi-modal in- and outbounds to our customers.
- Ensure material availability and optimize cost through S&OP and production capacity planning.
- Steer our European warehousing and third-party partner network.
- Drive our transformation to an integrated and digital state-of-the-art Supply Chain.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Plants, Customer Service, and Procurement) and stakeholders for a connected end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Partner with Commercial and Operations on enabling sales growth, launching innovations, decreasing cost, and optimizing service and quality.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
- Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company.
Requirements:
- Master in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain in a manufacturing company.
- Experience managing a European plant and warehouse network.
- Experience in transformation to an end-to-end supply chain.
