Join Semrush as a Partner Manager in Affiliate Marketing Team

We are seeking a skilled Partner Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and creating personalized action plans to improve their performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire new high-potential partnerships
  • Work with large amounts of data to analyze performance and implement new tactics and projects
  • Propose new ideas and manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet new challenges and goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Project management and organization skills
  • Proactivity and ownership skills
