About The Role

We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the growth of our administrative department. As a member of this team, you will collaborate in all administrative tasks and support other areas of the company.

The objective of this position is to develop your professional career within the company, growing in terms of competences and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and maintain accurate records of their visits.
  • Answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail.
  • Support the Financial and Administration department in various tasks.
  • Coordinate travel requests and communicate with the travel agency.
  • Compile expense travel reports.
  • Perform office tasks such as purchasing office supplies and managing the filing system.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Tourism, Administration, or a related field.
  • Motivation to learn and research opportunities for improvement in the department.
  • Familiarity with accounting and invoicing processes is desirable.
  • Experience with ERP and management software is desirable.

  • Methodical and organized approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Autonomy and responsibility.
  • Capacity to take on new challenges.
Other Skills
  • Highly organized and able to coordinate activities with diverse teams.
