Paid Media Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Account Manager to join our marketing team in Madrid. As a Paid Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads for our Sales team through various paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate inbound traffic and drive qualified leads.
- Test and propose new creative ideas with the paid acquisition team and sales and design teams.
- Research and improve important aspects of campaign features, including audience research, website research, campaign structure, and funnel optimization.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for next steps based on data.
- Create, analyze, and optimize landing pages using our CMS, online forms software, and internal tools.
- Aid tracking and analyzing the sales funnel acquisition.
- Report and daily follow-up.
- Market research, benchmarking, and assisting with special operations projects.
- Stay informed of best practices and relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends.
- Fluency in English and Dutch/Flemish, French is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including a strong knowledge of Google Ads (Social Media is a plus).
- Passionate about Digital Marketing.
- At ease in working in a multilingual environment.
- Highly-committed self-starter who can work autonomously and in team.
- Not afraid of data and numbers and able to communicate highly-technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand language to our different departments.
