ERTMS Validation Engineer

A leading engineering and technology consulting services company, Empresa Reconocida, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Validation ERTMS Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERTMS requirements, test specification, and test environment generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform test specification based on ERTMS requirements of the project.
  • Generate the test environment.
  • Execute ERTMS tests both in the lab and in the field and generate the corresponding test reports, change request management, and regressions.
  • Reporting to the System Validator.
  • Interlocution with project manager, RAMS, RD, Signaling, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CENELEC standards.
  • Knowledge of ETI CMS.
  • Knowledge of interfaces with PCE/CTC.
  • Knowledge of CBTC.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Physical Sciences.
  • 5 years of experience in ERTMS N1 and N2 projects is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of UNISIG Baseline 2 and Baseline 3 documentation.
  • High level of English (C1 minimum).
  • Teamwork and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to quality and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
