About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Alira Health. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the life sciences and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Manage the execution of complex projects, develop plans to approach client needs, and leverage business experience and acumen to identify strategies and project approaches.
  • Client Engagement: Coordinate client and stakeholder engagements, lead meetings, and report to clients on overall project execution.
  • Deliverables: Guide and review quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Provide oversight and direction to staff aligned with the organization's policies, procedures, vision, mission statement, and values.
Business Development and Corporate Initiatives
  • Business Development: Support the business development process from lead discovery to proposal defense as part of the execution team.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate development by contributing to internal strategic projects, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions.
Thought Leadership
  • Thought Leadership Projects: Support the development of thought leadership projects, such as white papers, publications, and specialized conferences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, private equity, life sciences companies, or health technology assessment (HTA) agencies.
  • Education: Graduate degree with an excellent track record in either life sciences-related, business, economics, or engineering programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
