PPC Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at 22tribes. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for launching, setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage PPC campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance
  • Track KPIs to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Present monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the PPC and SEO teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Professional level of English is a must; professional level of German is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
