About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Coda. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in the development of our new multinational e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new capabilities and re-architect parts of our existing system to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in test-driven, iterative development, prototyping, and reviews with a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement scalable and robust services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and run unit and performance tests to ensure the stability and performance of our platform.
  • Review and debug code to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Work closely with our UI/UX department to develop intuitive user interfaces and good UX.
  • Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean code to explain and show solutions.
  • Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience (at senior level) in coding e-commerce front-end applications.
  • A passion for modern web frameworks such as Vue.js.
  • CI/CD is no foreign word to you.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Extensive knowledge of GitHub.
  • Knowledge of container and serverless-based architectures is desirable.
  • A plus would be some experience with Shopware, Magento.
  • You have a strong understanding of coding as a culture and live it.
  • You are characterized by quality awareness, independent work, and problem-solving.
  • Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology.
  • Used to work in Agile teams.
  • Good knowledge of English and good communication skills.
