Job Title: Workplace Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Solutions Specialist to support our Client Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our CRMs have the resources, information, and support they need to effectively service clients, close deals, and meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and report data for the global Client Relationship Managers.
  • Produce CM dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure daily file loads in CM have been processed and loaded.
  • Provide CM Director and CM Managers with regular updates.
  • Provide front-line business process support across the client lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics.
Requirements:
  • Previous client-facing experience.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent level of PowerPoint essential.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions, and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Proven ability to organize multiple tasks, projects, and information simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in IT or Business.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
