Client Relationship Specialist - Cordova Financial Center

Job Overview:

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Develop deep relationships with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their financial and life priorities.
  • Connect clients with solutions that align with their financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and intense focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and committed to building strong relationships.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

This role is based in a fast-paced financial center environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
