Establish and maintain relationships with product teams and key stakeholders, prioritizing efforts that align with the team's objectives. Oversee the OKR process to define and align the team's quarterly objectives with business and platform needs.Qualifications:
Proven experience in building robust platforms composed of services, data stores, and data streams, with a focus on impact and sustainability. Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product and internal teams to design solutions at scale. Significant expertise in one or more backend programming languages, such as Go, Python, or Java, along with familiarity with various data stores like PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, or ElasticSearch. Understanding of industry best practices for ensuring high availability and performance in distributed systems.
