This key role involves overseeing all relevant business processes in the company and collaborating with key stakeholders. You will be the bridge between business areas and technical experts of various IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis – Analyze and understand pain points of stakeholders within their business and processes, and with their tools (finance, HR, sales, project management, development, etc).
- Solution Development – Translate business requirements into technical requirements and clarify solutions with technical experts of different tools: ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), development toolchain, etc. Follow and oversee the implementation of solutions.
- Data Modeling – Define and own the data model of these tools and their integrations.
Requirements:
Are you a detail-oriented, multi-tasking professional with an analytical and logical mindset? This role is for you.
Take a look at the requirements below:
- IT or Engineering Background – IT or engineering related studies.
- Professional Experience – 3 years + professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally with an ERP such as SAP, Workday, or similar.
- Process-Oriented Mindset – Training in Six-Sigma, ISO-9001, etc. are beneficial.
- Requirements Translation – Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Data Modeling Skills – Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools to support process analysis and solution design.
- Organizational Skills – Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills – Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations.
- Language Skills – Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
