Job Title: Studio Art Director

As a Studio Art Director at Gameloft, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated art team in creating AAA 3D games. Your role will involve mentoring, directing, and supervising the team to establish a strong visual identity for your games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and direct a team of artists to create high-quality 3D game assets
  • Establish and maintain artistic guidelines for all aspects of art production
  • Work with the Creative and Tech leads to blend visuals, technology, and gameplay mechanics into a cohesive AAA 3D gaming experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to design and execute trailers and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director in the video game industry
  • Previous experience in creating AAA titles
  • Strong visual identity and artistic direction skills
  • Hands-on experience with 3D art tools such as 3ds Max and ZBrush
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and lead a team
