Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Team Lead. If you are a curious and results-driven individual with a passion for innovation and teamwork, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global digitalization strategy for procurement, driving business excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead multi-functional teams on large-scale projects, ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions and tools.
  • Collaborate with procurement functions, IT, Legal, HR, Communications, and Master Data Management to drive digital transformation.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends to support procurement excellence and automation.
  • Organize and implement international workshops and training sessions to develop team skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and executing SAP Ariba solutions, including S/4HANA.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
