Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Engineering to lead our engineering projects and teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
    • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and issue resolution
  • Engineering Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
    • Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost control
    • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of project costs
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure project performance
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and engineering
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
