Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Telematic software and hardware.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the industry.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in Dutch (level C2) and working proficiency in English.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficient in computer software and hardware, including MS Office, Adobe, and databases.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with Telematic software and hardware.
  2. Knowledge of mobile networks and internet connections.
  3. Ability to use smartphones and internet applications.
