Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shader Technical Artist to join our team at Thirtyfirstunion. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality shaders and technical assets that bring our games to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance shaders using Unreal Engine's node-based shader graph and HLSL/GLSL/CG shader code.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain artistic and technical shader standards.
  • Develop innovative approaches to address complex technical and creative challenges.
  • Provide technical support in identifying and resolving inefficient content pipelines.
  • Optimize shaders to enhance overall visual fidelity and maintain desired frame rates.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Unreal Engine and shader development.
  • Strong understanding of physically-based rendering pipelines and shader networks.
  • Proficiency in creating stylized and PBR shaders using node-based shader editors.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Shader Technical Artist with a passion for creating high-quality shaders and technical assets.
