Main Responsibilities- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and others.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or hotel staff.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Professional background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) or civil work issues
- Previous experience in a similar position or as an Engineering or Maintenance Technician
- Time management and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing
- Positive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Team worker
- Extremely detailed
- Intermediate knowledge of any other languages (English)
