- Analyse and Implement Corrective Actions: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high levels of quality and productivity across all shifts.
- Support and Lead a Team: Provide guidance and support to your team, handling administrative tasks and building a strong team culture.
- Analyse Performance and Suggest Process Improvements: Monitor performance metrics and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with Other Managers: Work closely with other managers to standardize shift processes and ensure seamless operations.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and monitoring process efficiency. Your days will be filled with prioritizing routine team management, daily operational tasks, and other responsibilities such as individual escalations, process improvement work, and operational contingency planning.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or working towards one in a relevant field.
- Advanced Proficiency in English and Local Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and a logistical working environment.
- Experience in Communicating with Stakeholders: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Experience in a Logistical Working Environment: Experience working in a logistical environment, with a focus on process improvement and customer service.
- MS Office Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, in a professional environment.
