West Nautical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Stewardess to join our team on a 52m Private Vessel.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity and be able to guide and mentor junior staff while following instructions from the Chief Stewardess.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior stewardesses to ensure exceptional cabin service.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation of cabins and public areas.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Stewardess to develop and implement effective cabin service strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
  • Participate in regular safety drills and training exercises to ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
Requirements:
  • STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety & Hygiene Level II certifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
