About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our Marlin team in Emea. As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting facultative business, liaising with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions, and analysing and tracking records of risks presented to Marlin Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite facultative business for Marlin Facilities
  • Liaise with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the EMEA Region
  • Analyse and track records of all risks being presented to Marlin Facility
  • Load relevant information into the system
  • Assist EMEA brokers in finding the best solution when deploying Marlin's capacity
  • Develop and maintain commercial/technical relationships with the EMEA network
Requirements
  • Track record in technical Underwriting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and numerical skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with domestic and international clients, business stakeholders and external bodies
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
