About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at ib vogt, a leading global developer of turnkey PV plants and battery storage projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the successful development and implementation of PV power plant projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and planning of PV power plants, including site leveling, civil works, and foundation designs
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive Bills of Materials (BoM) for civil engineering components
  • Site assessments to evaluate suitability of potential locations for PV power plant equipment
  • Management of external planning offices and coordination with other technical support units
  • Project management of civil engineering aspects from conception to completion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification highly desirable
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
