Shopper Marketing Manager, Southern Europe

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Shopper Marketing team in Southern Europe at Diageo, a leading premium drinks company. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of marketing and driving brand growth through effective shopper marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy award-winning shopper marketing programs that inspire customers to implement and consumers to consume and purchase Diageo brands.
- Collaborate with customer and consumer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize return on investment.
- Work with the new occasions' mindset to build innovative activations and mechanics based on shopper/consumer behaviors per occasion.
- Develop a deep understanding of activation programs to ensure continuous evolution and improvement.
- Ensure robust M&E is in place to develop a comprehensive understanding of behavior change and corresponding drivers of financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing/customer marketing experience.
- A proven record in initiating and crafting marketing programs.
- Strong creative judgment and background in crafting award-winning work.
- Strong commercial understanding of our customers and their shoppers.
- An individual who can get things done within Diageo and has the impact to influence across a broad network of the organization.
- An ability to encourage agencies to deliver phenomenal work and ideally some experience of working with key customers.
- A strong team-player, passionate for collaboration.
