We are currently seeking a Civil Structural Engineer for one of our esteemed clients, a prominent engineering firm within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and foundation calculations, ensuring resistance, stability, safety, and compliance with seismic and wind load standards.
- Conduct analysis and design of structural joints.
- Model structures and foundations effectively.
- Execute economic and technical feasibility assessments.
- Carry out soil investigations.
- Evaluate various materials including cement and metals.
- Assess construction methodologies.
- Oversee site operations and commissioning, including inspections, issue identification, and enhancement implementations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Technical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Specialization in structural engineering (metal and concrete).
- Proficiency in software such as Staad Pro, SAP2000, and Idea Statica.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
